This is a horrible company worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with they will take your money and not let you now it will be 8 weeks or more until you recieve the order. Once you cancel the order they will take a huge amount as a restocking fee, I was charged 78$ never deal with these people they are two guys running a Shopify and ordering things from China , that’s why it takes so damn long . I will make sure everyone knows what a horrible company this is
Yes. Always be prepared. Do not rely on anyone during a pandemic. Rely on urself before it happens to be prepared.
I can't agree with the 2 comments above. Yes, you should be prepared BUT you should have peace of mind that once you successfully place an order and pay for it that it should be on its way. I understand extended lead times but they need to be either be upfront about it (which this place is not) or they should be willing to refund the entire purchase price if they cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner. Many companies have these products in stock are ready to ship same or next day. I'd recommend doing business elsewhere for those who are in the market or contacting your credit card company for those who have been duped by this unprofessional enterprise.
Or it could be there is a backorder because everyone like you is in panic mode and ordering vests over the past few weeks, instead of being prepared before a pandemic happens you all wait until it happens. Be proactive and not reactive maybe this will help you next time
