4uKey - Android Screen Unlocker
I used the 4uKey - Android Screen Unlocker from Tenorshare for less than a day. Although I did purchase the right version, it didn't work on my laptop. I emailed customer service to request a refund, instead, they asked me to do things, I had already done and a solution. Even if the company states they have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy, they refused to refund. Emailed them for months without response until I got an email from a lady claiming they would return 30% and let me get another software package. Customer service is awful, and won't buy any other product from them until I'm refunded.
