Bed purchase, Protection plan issue
I had a frustrating situation with my bed recently when it broke and couldn't be fixed. I thought I had the right insurance, but when I tried to file a claim, I didn't get any help from the insurance company. I thought about complaining to the BBB, but instead I reached out to the store where I bought the bed. Luckily, Stephanie De Los Santos from the Exterior Street location was amazing. She quickly connected me with the right people at the store, took control of the situation, and made sure it was taken care of right away. Stephanie was professional, patient, and really cared about helping me. Thanks to her, I got a new bed delivered in just 2 weeks. I can't thank her enough for all her help and making sure I was happy with my purchase.
