    I bought 6 pieces

    So i had the worst experience with ordering with them the first time and NEVER will I order from them again. I had ordered 7 pieces 3xl (im a 2xl in the states) 3 pants 3 shirts and poncho cape thing. Let me start from the beginning. I made an order on 4/27/2023 8:04am (confirmed email). On the same day I noticed that I had ordered 2 of the same shirt. (not really a problem, it was my fault). I did notice that on their site they instruct customers to contact them within a 24 hours of your purchase so they can fix what ever needed to be fixed. I contacted them by email (their policy) which i did at 4/27/2023 8:08am. They responded on 4/3/202311:30pm: "We are sorry that we cannot make any change for your order since it has been shipped. Would you mind accepting the order first? We truly understand your situation. If you still do not want the order, please feel free to contact us after you received it. We will give you a reasonable solution. For any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. Best regards". I was not a big deal the clothes are fairly cheap.

    Now, Though no fault to them really, my order was lost in the mail. Packaging looked like a tiger playing with a ball but I digress. Which brings me to this week. I tried on all the clothes, after tracking all my stuff down, and found it that EVERYTHING but the poncho did not fit. Grant it, their return policy is within 14 days of "Marked Delivery" which I am well into still. Delivered 5/11/2023 USPS. So I emailed them last night 5/18/2023 about a return label. They have the audacity to want to charge me $100 for returning my $200 order. I will never order from them again.
