Pod system and e-liquid
My experience with the customer service at this company was really disappointing. It's been two weeks since I made my purchase and I haven't gotten any updates or communication about my order. And when the company finally reached out to me, they didn't believe my payment info because I'm a foreign student. That made me feel uneasy and like I was being scammed. It's sad to say, but it seems like the real scammers are the people in charge of this company, taking your money and not following through on their promises.

Ticket purchase experience
My experience buying the ticket was pretty easy! But, I did run into a little problem. I bought a ticket online and then got a message the next day saying someone else took it and my money didn't get taken out of my account. But, the customer service folks were fast in fixing it and got me a new ticket over the phone. In the end, I was happy with how quickly they fixed everything.

Daughter's prom dress
I recently bought my daughter a prom dress from this online store, and man, it was a total disaster. The dress didn't look like what we expected, and when I tried to return it in time, I got hit with all these unexpected fees and restrictions. The website didn't say anything about how expensive it would be to return the dress to China, making it super hard to send it back. And to make things worse, I found out I couldn't even use USPS or FedEx for the return shipping – I had to go with costly carriers like DHL and UPS. The whole thing was a nightmare, and I'd advise anyone thinking about shopping here to really think twice before going through with it.

Big fluffy cardigan
I recently bought this really cute fluffy cardigan from an online store, and it's honestly the best thing ever. It's so cozy and warm, perfect for lounging on the couch or heading out to run errands. The material is super soft as well, just like getting a big hug from a teddy bear. I can't get enough of it!

Overcharged, no refund
I messed up and accidentally booked my ticket two times. I shot an email to customer service right away to explain the situation and request a refund for one of the tickets, but unfortunately, I never got a response. So, I got charged an extra £117, and I gotta say, it was pretty disappointing and frustrating. I was hoping for some better service given the circumstances.
