Be very cautious of their return policy and actually getting a refund. I followed the return policy exactly, got an RMA #, and sent back a item worth over $170. The item was received and accepted for full credit by Medical Supply Depot on February 7th, 2020. In late February, I called to confirm that all was ok and was assured my refund would show up on the credit card. Since no refund by May 12, 2020, I called again, waited 40 minutes for customer service, and this time also got a credit memo number from Molly and was assured that my refund would show in 5-7 business days. Today is June 29, 2020 and Medical Supply Depot is researching why the refund had not been sent yet. They can process an order in 24 hours to bill you, but a return takes almost 5 months to get a refund ? Laugh-fully, the hold massage you listen to while waiting says their most common comment is "Boy that was fast"...
