Mistakenly ordered wrong scale item and within an hour of ordering communicated with Trainz multiple ways, including their online form. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until the order had shipped and I was told that "buyer remorse" is my problem. Suggest more responsive customer service and an order cancel option for other customers as I have already taken my business elsewhere.
