I got this gadget online and it crapped out on me in less than 5 weeks. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times to fix it, but all they did was brush me off and give me no real help. Their advice was to buy a warranty, which didn't really solve my problem. I felt let down by their customer service and lack of support when it came to my faulty purchase.
