Item sale before total price disclosure
I was really let down by my experience at this place. I thought I would see the full price with shipping before buying, like their website said. But instead, I bought it and then found out the total cost. And then the online refund didn't even work, which just made things more annoying. On top of that, when I tried to reach customer service through email, the emails came back as undeliverable. This whole lack of honesty and bad communication means I won't be going back to this place again.
