Gift card purchase
I bought a gift card not too long ago but ran into some problems with getting it delivered. I ordered it on a certain day and have been waiting patiently, but I still haven't gotten the e-card like they said I would. On top of that, I never got the verification email and it's been tough trying to reach customer service for help. Dealing with all of this has been really annoying and disappointing, to be honest. I'm thinking about disputing the charges and looking elsewhere for my gift card needs.
