As a novice it was a little hard to navigate your parts as to terms used to describe the items i needed. Other than that everything else was top notch. As I went through the ordering process it was quite obvious that you all were very dedicated in providing top notch service.
First of all thank you for your effort of sending a PECO catalog. You did that, except it is an old catalog and does not cover all of the present product line. I get it you cleaned house at my expense. If you are sensing that I am not pleased, you are correct. I sent an email requesting the up to date version of the catalog and received no response. Zero (0) effort on your part.
