Software purchase for DVD and Blu-ray backup
I recently bought some software from OpenCloner for backing up DVDs and Blu-rays, and I have to admit, I was really let down. The interface was awkward and hard to figure out, which made it a pain to use. The features they advertised on their website didn't really work like they were supposed to - the software kept crashing and freezing. Their customer support was basically useless, taking forever to get back to me and not really helping with my questions. All in all, using OpenCloner's software was a headache, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
