Combination bus+boat cruise purchase
Riding the bus was nice and all, but the boat cruise part was a letdown. Compared to similar experiences elsewhere, it was confusing figuring out where to get off for the boat, so we ended up missing it and wasting our money. Better communication and directions would have been really useful for the whole experience.
