Winter hat purchase
I recently bought a winter hat online and had a pretty bad experience with the customer service. I ordered the hat on December 9th, but the status stayed "in progress" for over a week. Worried about getting it before Christmas, I reached out to customer service for updates. They said they'd check with the warehouse and let me know, but the next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled. It was a bummer because I had planned to give it as a present. Overall, I was really disappointed with how the company communicated and handled things, and it definitely changed how I feel about their products.
