Hair purchase
This was my first time buying hair from this company and I gotta say, I was not impressed at all. The hair I got wasn't the good quality I was hoping for - it felt all rough and the color was way off. So I contacted customer service but they weren't much help in fixing things. All things considered, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase.
