    Family plan with three lines

    The customer service used to be okay at first, but things went downhill over the past two years. I found myself reaching out to the customer service team at least twice a month for a year and a half. One time, it was to get our family plan line reconnected, which kept getting disconnected every month. The other time was to fix billing problems where they were charging us too much. It was like a never-ending cycle, and on the last go-around, they didn't even refund my money, so I had to get my bank involved. I was just so done with the terrible service, so I switched over to Helium Mobile, a competitor that not only gives me amazing service but also pays me $80 per month for each line.
