Account lockdown issue
My account has been locked for about 6 months now, and I've sent in all the documents they've asked for, but still no luck in getting it unlocked. It's been really annoying and frustrating for me because I can't get to my money or use any of the services they have. Even after trying so many times to fix this, the company still hasn't given me a solid answer.
