New phone synching at Verizon store
We had a really frustrating situation trying to get our new phones to sync up with our account. We spent hours on the phone with customer service but couldn't make it work. So, we decided to go into the store for some help in person. Dallin at the Woods Cross store was amazing! He really helped us out and went the extra mile to figure everything out.
