Gift set purchase
I bought a gift set from this company not too long ago, but when it arrived, a few of the bottles were broken. I tried to get it sorted out by emailing their customer service, which was the only way to reach them. They asked me to send the product back and also send pictures of the damage. Even though I sent all the required information multiple times, they said they didn't get the attachments. Dealing with this has been really frustrating and hasn't solved anything. It has actually made me think poorly of their customer service and how they handle communication. I'm pretty let down by this whole thing, and I won't be coming back as a customer.

Investment platform
My experience with this investment platform has been pretty good so far. It's easy to get around and there's a lot of different investments to choose from. But there are a couple things they could do to make it even better. Like, it would be cool if you could pause or lock auto-invest or selling on specific investments to have more control over your portfolio. And setting end goals for each investment, like reaching a certain number of shares, would be helpful. It would also be nice to see how much money you're making in real-time instead of waiting for statements or updates.
