Mother's Day flower delivery
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, but they never showed up when they were supposed to. I got a text later in the day saying they couldn't make the delivery, but they still charged my card. Customer service is a joke; I tried calling and emailing, but nothing worked. It's a total scam!

Baby clothes and toys
I was really pleasantly surprised by how great the customer service was at this store. I had some questions about shipping to Japan and they got back to me super quick and were really nice about it. Plus, my order came so fast - just 2 days after I placed it. I ordered on November 9th and my stuff was in Japan by November 25th. I'm really grateful for how awesome and efficient this store is!
