Custom-made chef's knife
I recently got this chef's knife from Tamkota Cutlery, and I have to say I am really impressed with how good it is. The knife is super sharp, well-balanced, and just right for my cooking. The person who made it clearly put a lot of love and skill into it, and it really shows. I liked being able to pick out exactly what I wanted for my knife. The handle feels great in my hand and gives me a good grip, which makes it easy to use in the kitchen. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Tamkota Cutlery to anyone looking for a really good knife.

Bill correction frustration
The customer service at this company is seriously a joke. They have no clue what they're doing and can't even handle simple tasks like fixing a billing mistake. I had to call five separate times just to try and get them to fix the issue, and every time they promised they would take care of it. But guess what? Nothing ever got fixed. The last person I talked to basically told me to wait for another billing cycle before they could do anything. It's ridiculous! They don't seem to care about helping their customers at all.
