Sofa purchase
The salesperson at the store was really helpful and knew their stuff, but when I went to pick up my order at the warehouse, it was a different story. I told them about my back issues, but they didn't offer to help me load the sofa into my rental van. Instead, they suggested my son-in-law should do it. I was pretty surprised and it left me feeling disappointed and annoyed. I thought they would provide better customer service, especially with their good reputation.

Cologne purchase
I just bought a cologne from Gift Express and got a tester too. But when it arrived, I was bummed to see they sent me the wrong one. So I contacted customer service and they told me the cologne I got was actually stronger than the one I ordered, and said I could just keep it. That didn't really solve my problem since I received the wrong item to begin with.
