Foundation and setting powder
My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered some foundation and setting powder, got an email saying it was shipped, but never got any tracking info. I tried calling and chatting on their website multiple times, but couldn't get any help. Now their website is down and their customer service line won't pick up. It's frustrating. And they asked me for a review, but then rejected it because it didn't follow their rules. It makes me wonder how many other customers are out there losing track of their orders or not disputing charges on their credit cards.
