Bug support lacking
I had a terrible time trying to get help for a bug in one of the apps on this platform. I tried reaching out to Setapp and the App Developer (uBar) several times, but they didn't respond at all. It was frustrating and made me wonder if it's worth renewing my subscription next year.

Urban backpack
I recently bought this cool urban backpack from Troubadour and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. It looks good, it's super useful, and it's perfect for everyday use. However, after a few months, I had a problem with the main zipper. It was a bummer, but Troubadour's customer service team really came through for me. They replaced the zipper quickly and without any fuss, which was a huge relief. It's nice to know that Troubadour really stands by their stuff and has awesome customer service and warranty. So yeah, I would definitely recommend Troubadour for their top-notch products and great customer service.

I just want to say a big thank you to the company for offering such amazing products. I've tried CBD oil from a bunch of different places, but yours is definitely the best. It really makes a difference in how I feel and I can tell it's super pure and effective. And I gotta give props to the company for giving discounts to essential workers right now - that kind of kindness really shows the true colors of the business.
