Office furniture purchase
I bought some office furniture not too long ago and I gotta say, the service I got from my sales guy, Ed Mallonen, was top-notch. He really went out of his way to help me with a bunch of stuff and make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. He helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my office and patiently answered all my questions with expertise. Ed really knocked it out of the park with his customer service. I felt like a valued customer and I could tell he was dedicated to making sure I was happy with my purchase.
