Review about: The Perfect Rug
Customized 9'6"x12' rug
I ordered a rug from The Perfect Rug, and it was supposed to be a 9'6"x12' Polermo Weathered Oak, just like the sample I got. But when it arrived, I was surprised to find a completely different rug, the Palermo "Lineage" Weathered Oak. It was not only a different color, but it was not the quality I was expecting. When I reached out to customer service, I spoke with two aggressive sales reps who tried to pressure me into accepting the mistake. I stood my ground and insisted on a full refund, but they shut me down without any room for discussion. As someone with a background in banking, I won't let myself be taken advantage of like this.

Simple and user-friendly trading platform
I really liked the trading platform they had on this service. It was so easy to use and navigate, which was a nice change from other confusing platforms I've tried. It felt clean and simple, without any extra stuff getting in the way. I think it's perfect for people who are new to trading and don't want to deal with all the complicated options out there.
