Great selection, fair pricing, personalized cards
I had a great time checking out this greeting card website. They had a ton of cards to choose from, and I really liked being able to add the recipient's name to personalize them. The prices were reasonable, especially for such high-quality cards. I'll definitely be coming back as a regular customer, since I was happy with all the choices they had.

Charged for items not received
I'm really upset about the customer service I got after I bought something on this site. I ordered back in August and got charged for stuff I never got. I've been emailing the company for seven months now, and every time they just ask for the same info again. Even after I left a bad review, they reached out asking for the info again, but still no refund. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing. I suggest everyone stay away from this site.
