Flight experience
I'm so bummed about my last flight with this airline. The customer service people totally fed me false info over the phone, which just left me totally confused and annoyed when I got to the airport. And then, when I tried to complain about it, I heard nothing back - making me feel like I got played.

New phone from a small online store
I wasn't sure about buying from this online store that isn't as well-known, but I checked out some reviews and decided to take a chance. They said my new phone would arrive in about 12 days, and it did! The order got processed pretty fast, although there was a slight delay over the weekend before it was handed off to the delivery folks. Overall, I had a good experience with this store and would think about shopping there again sometime.
