Ticket cancelation and refund
Totally unreliable..
I booked my family tickets with eDreams and due to covid reason we couldn't travel. As per airlines covid cancelation and refund policy I provide them all evidence and positive reports of travellers but still I didn't get my refund amount. They refund me one ticket only and another one showing on same stage of process from last two years. Thy have no genuine contact n by app we can process a request but thy r not replying anything. Hopefully I was waiting for my refund n messaged thm but not any single positive response from thr side yet. Totally unreliable as per my experience.
