Delayed Delivery and poor customer service
I've been really let down by this company. I ordered something and paid for it to be delivered, but it's been two weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped. I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but they totally ignored me. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to assist me, so now I'm feeling super frustrated with no solution in sight for my problem.

Theraderm: A Solid Skincare Option
I recently tried out Theraderm for the first time and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. I had heard good things about the brand, but I wasn't expecting such great results.
I started by using their Gentle Cleanser and was immediately struck by how smooth and creamy it was. It didn't strip my skin or leave it feeling tight and dry like some other cleansers I've used in the past. I followed up with the Clarifying Toner, which felt refreshing and helped to balance my skin.
Next, I tried the Firming Serum and was blown away by how fast it absorbed into my skin. It felt lightweight and left my skin looking and feeling smoother and more toned.
I finished off my routine with the Rejuvenating Moisturizer and again, was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. It left my skin feeling hydrated and nourished without being greasy or heavy.
All in all, I am really happy with my experience with Theraderm. The products are high-quality and they delivered great results. I will definitely be incorporating them into my skincare routine moving forward.
