Garment Steamer repair
I've been really bummed out by the poor service I've been getting for my Garment Steamer repair from this company. I've been dealing with this issue since mid-March at the Chandigarh location, and they just can't seem to get it right. The service providers have been unprofessional, always saying they'll fix it but never actually doing so. It's frustrating to see a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or providing good service. If they can't handle fixing the product, they should just be honest about it instead of stringing me along with false promises.

Jeans, coat, and sweaters
I recently bought some stuff from this company without checking out any reviews first. I was kinda nervous because I had bad experiences with other online shops like Curvy Ladies and Bloom Chic in the past. Those places left me feeling ripped off and let down. But this company surprised me in a good way - my order arrived super fast and was even better than I expected. The stuff I got looked just like the pictures, was really well made, and fit me perfectly. I've gotten a ton of compliments on the jeans and coat I wore, and I can't wait to show off the sweaters I bought. Overall, my experience shopping with this company was awesome, and I'm definitely gonna buy from them again.

Personal training certification
My experience with ISSA was pretty good. I really liked being able to study at my own pace, it was super helpful. But I gotta say, having an open book final exam felt like a bit of a letdown. I put in the work and wanted a real test, not an easy way through. On the bright side, the staff and coaches were really nice, supportive, and genuinely helpful the whole way through.

I just bought a sweatshirt from Shirtbox and had some delivery issues - it got sent to the wrong address twice! But I have to give props to their customer service team for really coming through and fixing the problem quickly. Even though it was a hassle at first, the sweatshirt I finally got was top-notch quality and totally worth the money. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about ordering from Shirtbox again down the line.

Wedding suit
I ordered this emerald jacket, vest, and trousers for my wedding, but I made an oopsie and got the wrong sizes. So I called up customer service and chatted with Natasha about my hurry. They were super helpful and got me the right sizes quick so I could still get them tailored in time for the wedding. The only bummer was they were out of the emerald Brillo fabric I wanted. But they showed me some other options and I went with the Rosa fabric, which was super classy. And most importantly, my fiancée loved it. Even though we had that hiccup at first, I ended up having a good experience with this brand.
