My experience with ISSA was pretty good. I really liked being able to study at my own pace, it was super helpful. But I gotta say, having an open book final exam felt like a bit of a letdown. I ordered this emerald jacket, vest, and trousers for my wedding, but I made an oopsie and got the wrong sizes. So I called up customer service and chatted with Natasha about my hurry. They were super helpful and got me the right sizes quick so I could still get them tailored in time for the wedding. The only bummer was they were out of the emerald Brillo fabric I wanted. But they showed me some other options and I went with the Rosa fabric, which was super classy. And most importantly, my fiancée loved it. Even though we had that hiccup at first, I ended up having a good experience with this brand.

I bought the Defected Dark Blue Medallion Tote from this shop recently, and I gotta say, I was really let down by how it turned out. The handles on the bag fell apart after just a few months of hardly using it, which really bummed me out and cost me some cash. So, I tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could get a refund or a new one, but I got a pretty disappointing answer saying they don't do refunds or replacements. It's pretty troubling that they won't take responsibility for their products being so low quality, and it left me feeling pretty unsatisfied with everything. I'd warn others to watch out for the shoddy quality of their stuff before buying anything.
