My order sat unfulfilled for several days so I emailed them to just see if there was a problem and gave them over a day to respond since they claim they usually respond within 24 hours.
Heard nothing so sent another email and again nothing , I've now sent a final email a week after purchasing with no movement on their end. I'm giving it another week for the package to at least get a shipping label otherwise I'm starting a charge back.
Something has changed with them and I find any positive reviews to be very suspect at this point given my experience. Better off buying these things somewhere else.
