I bought a couple of towels from this company not too long ago, but they never made it to me. It was all the postal service's fault, not the company's, but still a bummer. I decided to reach out to their customer service team and they were super quick to jump on the problem and get it sorted out. It's not often that you come across such awesome support, but this company really came through. I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer, and that means a lot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!
