Ordered this product on 12/8/20 and my card was charged pn 12/9. Still "awaiting fulfillment" 1/14/21 so I opened a support ticket.
Since customer support had no idea when the product would become available, I requested to cancel and refund the order on 1/25/21.
On 1/26 support wrote that they would forward my request to accounting and I would have a refund in 1-2 business days. After no refund in 7 business days I wrote again. This time support
ignored my inquiry. I gave them 2 days to reply, then gave up and opened a dispute with my credit card company. My credit card company is refunding the purchase. I would NOT order from this company.
