My first order was for 4 items. Two were very oversized for me, large chest and skinny sleeves. One item fit great. The fourth item, a sleep shirt seemed large, I wasn't sure at first.
I set up a return for the two items (tee shirts) and I was emailed a return shipping label. Before I shipped them back I placed an order for the size down of the sleep dress so I could compare. I liked the smaller one. I submitted a return for it.
Since I had two labels for the three items, I emailed in advance to ask if I could ship everything in one package.
Some time went by. I apparently, randomly, used the label for the one item, the sleep dress. I got one email saying the label for the tees had expired. I got a second email confirmation they had received the sleep dress. I let well over a week go by, hoping I'd see a credit for all 3 items. There hasn't even been a credit for the item they acknowledged.
I began a series of emails today. First, "Lisa" replied they did not have record of the order number. (Also weird, I cannot pull record of my order number or account-the website says there is no account under
my email-although I have all emails they've sent me) Fortunately, I had not logged out of the account on my laptop which had a tab open to that order. I grabbed a screen shot. Then proceeded to navigate my account and took more shots. After I sent a picture of the order, they were able to locate record I had placed it. But they didn't have any record of their receipt of my package until I sent a screen shot an email from them to confirm they got it. That wasn't enough proof for them. I was asked to prove by the tracking number that they got it. I took a screenshot of the USPS tracking information saying it was delivered to an individual.
Lisa finally relented and said I'd get a refund for the sleep dress. She states that this family owned business can't track down who actually opened the package and can't verify the 2 tees were in it, she can't refund them. She said I could open another refund request. We all know I don't have the shirts. Also, they charge 8.00 if you return 2 packages from the same order. My refund will reflect that charge. They have to open a case to get that refunded when they have record I only sent one packageReview about: BelleLily
Ladies tops
Horrible customer service, clothes are really cheaply made and this China based company will only offer a partial return if I pay to send the items back to China and agree to have all the original shipping costs and the insurance to send the products here in the first place taken from my return amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will get stuck with a ton of horrible clothes that you can’t return. The photos can be seen on so many websites all over the internet and when you receive the products they are nothing you will expect. Run!!!! Always check out online company reviews prior to ordering products. I’m stuck with a bunch of cheaply made clothes that I will never wear"
