Review about: Maisonette

I purchased 3 TiiPii from Maisonette website, but it was shipped through subcontractors. They sent me 3 stands which were good, and they sent me 3 TiiPii however these were defective.
I was supposed to receive 3 TiiPii Nesters but they sent me 1 Nester, and 2 Children’s TiiPii, which I paid for 3 Nesters. The company will not stand behind this refund claim, and they said there is nothing that can be done. I ordered it in May and didn't get it until September.
Because this took so long, they would not handle the refund saying that it was too late. The shipping and customer service were not at the level that I would expect. There was no working with me on this and I will not be shopping again with this company.
