    Hi Guys,

    ordered a dolce phone case a few days ago and haven't heard anything from the company. Looking at he reviews I wish I didn't pay. How long after an order was it shipped, Has anyone lodged a dispute through their bank for items they don't deliver or refund

    Omg I just placed an order too and my bank said to let it post then dispute it. This is awful.

    I got a phone case from them and it's definitely authentic - i took it to get checked. The item took a couple of days to ship but then it arrived really quickly, and customer service responded to me when I enquired. It's illegal for them to sell counterfeit items so they only sell authentic.
