I was always skecptic about the taking supplements. Usually my diet covers but apaprenlty I got sick in past year and that happened due to the lack of micronutrients and some essential nutrients in my body.
It happened over the time, and that got me thinking what my body lacking. Natural healthy concepts was already known of that time. I bought some bio nutrition for digestion from here but it was more of medicinal properties.
And we loved NHC, the delivery, the cost and everything was really great. but I never through I will buy supplements. but trust me, they are truly necessary and good for your body to maintain and grow,
I mean, I felt always great with my body but still got sick, hospitalized so you never what your diet covers or not.
I suggest to at least see and try their stuff.
