    Dodge Ram (not what I had reserved...)

    First of all, I'm not normally one to write negative reviews. I have rented from Enterprise for over 30 yrs now. Mostly good luck aside from one issue very long ago not worth mentioning. But this time I hate having to write something negative.

    I booked a reservation with this location specifically because I was told I could leave my car overnight there. Perfect ! They do have a large area for this. I booked my reservation for 3:30pm. Arrived around 450pm. Shouldn't be an issue though right ??.. .Yep ! Most of the cars were gone. I had reserved a Nissan Maxima size vehicle. All that was left was a mini van and a couple of full size Dodge Rams. I was a bit annoyed and the dark haired bearded gentleman helping me seemed less than empathetic to my situation and if anything was kind of short and annoyed with me. I had my 5 yr old with me so this was another reason I was seeking a quick in and out reservation. Long story short, I took the full size Ram truck.

    My reservation was supposed to be Friday to Monday. Due to a family member getting sick, I didn't go out of town and didn't need the full time frame. I went to the location around 430pm on Saturday to drop it off. They were closed. Ok, no problem. Called the 800 number for Enterprise. The very nice lady informed me I could use the drop box for the keys and that I would only be charged for the day. (Literally I had the truck less than a full 24 hrs). I made a video of the truck and where I parked it and dropped the keys with gas in the tank. Monday rolled around and this morning I get charged a full 3 days (almost $200!) ! I call back to the location and the guy who answers the call is also rather short with me . Tells me they aren't open during the time I dropped it.. .Duhhh.. I let him know about my conversation with the main rental number. He states there's nothing in the system to indicate this.. Well after quite a bit of back and forth I'm fed up. I call back to the main number for assistance and to try to contact the regional rental manager. Thankfully the helpful representative (Ada) was able to confirm that yes indeed there are notes that indicated I was dropped it Saturday. Whew ! Now I patiently await this to get resolved.

    Lesson learned. Never again will I use this location. I've never , ever had a bad experience like this with Enterprise . I'll probably use Enterprise again but make note that this particular location I will NEVER use again !
