Rear tail lights for 2018 Tundra
Worst customer service ever. They sold a defective product, and even though I emailed BEFORE 1 month, they denied me because THEY TOOK A MONTH TO GET BACK TO ME, and by then, it was too late. I called 11 times only to be hung up on every single time. I emailed 8 times and never got a response. The only times anyone did ANYTHING was when I emailed directly from the website and only then did they 1. ask for more info, which I supplied immediately without a response, and 2 when I asked what was going on and I was informed I was past the return time. This "Company" should be discredited and NEVER be allowed to sell anything ever again

I did NOT receive the correct color of my replacement dash panel, color wasn't even close. Called the customer service number that was listed on their site & after 3.5 minutes it automatically hangs up.
I called them 9 times.
I emailed them twice & I'm not receiving any email response nor return phone call that I insisted. I should have done my homework looking into this company.
I did NOT receive my order and USPS says they have not received it yet. Plus notification for. Tracking are a day or 2,3 later. Please provide me with my order.
