Booking bus tickets
I just booked a bus on this platform and it was a total disaster. The bus I got on was nothing like what I saw advertised. The seats were so uncomfortable, the air conditioning didn't work, and the driver was really rude. I'll still use this platform for my next bus trips, but I'll definitely be more careful about which bus I pick.
