Two bags
I ordered two bags from this company, and unfortunately, both of them arrived defective. One had a broken handle, and the other had a crushed handle. I was really looking forward to using them, so I was disappointed. I tried reaching out to the company through email several times, but I never got a refund, replacement, or any kind of credit. It seems like they only sell damaged goods. This issue has been going on since June 2022, and it's becoming really frustrating. Every time I email them, they just say they're escalating the matter, but nothing ever gets resolved. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. You might as well throw your money in the garbage than waste it on their products.
