Da Vinci Classic Hookah
I recently bought a Da Vinci Classic hookah from this company, but it turned out to be out of stock and discontinued. The customer support team really came through for me though! They gave me four other options to choose from, two of which were more expensive, but at no extra cost to me. I picked one, gave them my address in Greece but written in Greek letters. Unfortunately, USPS couldn't handle the non-Roman letters, so they sent the item back. After giving my address in Roman letters, they quickly shipped the item again with a new tracking number. It showed up a few days later. We had a good back and forth through emails during the whole ordeal, with each one getting a helpful response the next working day.

As someone who's new to this shop, I just have to say that I'm really impressed with what I bought recently. The website is super easy to use and I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed.
