UK duty tax payment issue
I just bought something from this company, and I ran into a big problem with UK duty taxes. Even though my total order was a little over £300, the invoice given to the courier showed that the items were worth almost £3000. Because of this mix-up, I ended up with a really high tax bill. I'm not happy about the lack of clear information and communication about the duty taxes, so I'm currently in the process of disputing the issue with the courier.
