Initially thought the mixed reviews online were standard with disgruntled buyers and all. I am not one to hate on a company just because they are based in China/Hong Kong. But holy hell is this company a complete scam. Ordered from them. Respected their 3-12 "working days" processing time (not inclusive of shipping time). Then items never shipped and customer rep (Maria) says being a consignment store they could not confirm an order fulfillment time. Tried to cancel and no response. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and have buyer protection. Being Asian myself I don't shit on my own kind, but its companies like this like make the western world think China/Hong Kong companies a scam. In this case, completely spot on that its an effin scam.
