Born shoes
I ordered these shoes early on the second of October from Born Shoes website. Today is October 7 and they still have not shipped yet. The shoes I ordered from Amazon and Zappos the same day have already been tried on. I emailed customer service and their answer was that it takes 1 -2 business days to ship, which has already been exceeded. The shoes might be good, but I'd recommend buying them from another site.
