Zip password recovery tool purchase
I was so excited when I bought this zip password recovery tool, but man, what a letdown. I went through all the steps - installing it, registering it, the whole thing - but every time I tried to find a password, it would just shut down on me! I contacted support, and they suggested re-installation and trying on a different computer, but that didn't do the trick either. I ended up asking for a refund, and after a bit of back and forth, they finally gave me my money back.
