Review about: PopMarket
Preordered POP set
I ordered this POP set way back in January from PopMarket with an expected release date in May. Unfortunately, the release got delayed multiple times due to production problems on the manufacturer's end. I get that PopMarket can't control everything, but I was bummed that they didn't keep me in the loop about what was going on with my order.
Finally, in early October, the manufacturer said the POP set was ready to go. I thought, great, my preorder will ship out soon! But after waiting a month with no news, I decided to check in with PopMarket. Turns out, they had canceled my order because the item wasn't available anymore, and they were issuing a refund.
I can't help but think if I hadn't reached out, they might have just kept my money without giving me what I ordered. It's frustrating to find out that PopMarket knew the item wasn't available since the beginning of October and still didn't bother telling me about the cancellation.
