I had a crazy situation recently when someone got into my account and stole my cards. I was freaking out, but then I contacted the support team and was super impressed by how fast and helpful they were. The person I talked to, AP, really went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my account was safe. I mentioned it might be helpful to have like a button or direct line for emergencies like this, since sending an email can take too long in urgent situations. I'm really grateful for all the help and knowing there's a support team ready to assist when things go wrong.
