24 x 30 stainless steel kitchen work table
Bought a 24 x 30 stainless steel kitchen worktable. The top end of the table was bent and dented. Sent the company pictures asking them to replace the top of the table. They responded that the damage to the table did not affect the use of the table but offered to take ten dollars off the purchase price. I told them, no! Next they offered 25.00. I told them to send a new top. If I had purchased a new anything else, car, coffee table, or whatever, and it had a scratch or dent, they would replace it even thought it would still function as a car or coffee table if it were damaged. Next, they offered 40.00 off the purchase price, with the ‘suggestion’ that I take it. WOW! Save yourself the headache of doing business with a company that does not care, absolutely no work ethic.
